Half of all apartments in NYC are Rent Stabilized, and greedy landlords illegally "deregulate" them all the time. Check if your building has rent stabilized units in it here. If it does, request the history of rentals in your specific apartment here.

We are setting up a local timebank—a community network where we swap favors instead of cash.
