About the event
We’re teaming up with artist and educator Muri Mascarenhas to reimagine what self-portraiture can look like. Originally from Brazil, Muri has taught and researched around the world—from Boston to Japan—and we’re thrilled to welcome them to our community space in Hell’s Kitchen!
Come explore what portraits (and you) can look like when imagination takes the lead. We’ll embrace a bit of artistic chaos, reflect on what we can and can’t control, and spill our minds onto the page—all in a lighthearted, welcoming vibe.
